For one of our clients we looking for a Senior Scrum Master
The responsibilities of the Senior Scrum Master are
Coaching the team: Act as performance coach for the team, creating a balance with the project’s key stakeholders, and the sprint plans that are required.
Removing impediments: Remove any impediments that obstruct a teams pursuit of its sprint goals and does everything to facilitate productivity.
Continuous improvement: Helping the team turn the sprint retrospective meeting into an evolutionary experience and to improve performance by learning from mistakes.
Stakeholder management: Support the backlog and release plan, radiate scrum artifacts to the product owner and team, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress.
Multiple teams: Responsible for multiple scrum teams that share a common goal typically in a SAFe release train context
The team consists of 7 developers and a product owner.
We are looking for
- You have a Bachelor or Master Degree
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work (both as developer and as scrum master) experience in product SW development with demonstrable focus on scrum management.
- Leadership skills in project management and Agile way of working.
- Experience with driving multiple teams and the challenging communication due to this, including multi-site development and supplier management.
- Deep interest in connected products, in particular in complex systems, digital, embedded software and connectivity.
- Good understanding of medical device development and in driving quality and regulatory challenges.
- Strong background with innovation development projects and feel comfortable with managing the funnel from relatively vague requirements to well defined project with committed stakeholders.
- Have excellent communication skills and a customer centric attitude combined with a problem solving and pragmatic attitude.
What we offer
- Tariff between 75-80 Euro’s per hour
