Our client is a niche System Integrator that provides hosting services for Mission Critical environments. They run a very advanced infrastructure, with a very high level of automation. Most technology is built in-house and the company is an important contributor to the open source community. The company is around 210 people in size and employs only the very best. We look for DevOps engineers with passion for automation in Linux and Microsoft environments. Preferably you have skills in Chef, CloudStack, Terraform and can script in Python, Ruby, .Net/C#, Java.
Who are we looking for
We are interested in meeting DevOps candidates with experience in IT Infrastructure experience and scripting skills. Engineers with a broad technical scope that understand the technology behind the IT solutions they use.
The role of Mission Critical Engineer encompasses a wide variety of roles – from deep-technical to customer facing. The company’s core goal is to give their customers exceptional quality; they assign their mission critical engineers to specific customers that are responsible for that client. There is no 1st line / callcenter in between, no noise.

Requirements
- 5 yrs+ experience in similar position
- Skills in Microsoft and/or Linux automation
- Skills in Networking, Storage, Server, Virtualization, Security
- Experience in CloudStack or OpenStack is a big plus
- Experience in Terraform is a big plus
- Automation tools like Chef/Puppet/Ansible/CfEngine/Cloudify
- Scripting/development skills in Python, Bash, Shell, Perl, Jenkins, Clojure, Java
- Willing to work in a team as equals
- High self-starting potential
- Great command of the English language
