Our client is a large player in the field of mission critical outsourcing services. Their platform is mostly open-source based and highly automated with added orchestration layers.

The job
You will be in direct contact with you customer to ensure the shortest lines of communication. You and your team lead the transformation to a reliable, fast, innovative and fast learning IT machine. Our client also coaches their customers developers and system administrators to adopt the DevOps culture, moving to daily deploys, automate everything and code the infrastructure. You will lead the move to the cloud, build the delivery pipelines, use open source technologies and enable innovation.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with the following profile, you:
- Have experience managing applications in ever changing and complex IT environments;
- Have experience in transforming and refactoring applications to cloud native architectures;
- Have thorough expertise in Public Clouds (AWS, Azure), Windows, Linux, Databases, Containerisation (Kubernetes, Docker);
- Have a track record in automation, applying configuration management tooling (Chef, Puppet, Ansible), IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation), CI/CD (Gitlab CI, Jenkins, Drone);
As the client doesn’t have any hierarchy, they are looking for someone who is a self-starter, is strongly motivated and stress resistant individual with an entrepreneurial mind-set and can-do attitude.
